Beluga

Cuisine: Russian, vegetarian dishes, fish and seafood
“Beluga” is a restaurant of modern Russian cuisine with caviar bar on Mokhovaya Street.

The space is located on the second floor of the National Hotel with a view of the Kremlin, the Historical Museum and Moskva Hotel.

The interior was decorated in a refined and sophisticated way, but with a little irony: in addition to paintings by famous artist Yuri Sergeyev, the space is decorated with a panel depicting Russian beauties in kokoshniks taking selfies. Conceptually Beluga is considered caviar brasserie (caviar bar), and the main role here is given to caviar. To emphasize this, the central element is a designer bar counter in the form of a crystal caviar bowl.

Gastronomic side of the restaurant “Beluga” is rich and authentic, preference was given to products from farms and hunting farms of the country. The kitchen is headed by chef Evgeny Vikentyev, who worked for several years in St. Petersburg projects “Wine Closet” and Hamlet + Jacks. Evgeny trained in Spanish and Italian restaurants, and also took part in such gastronomic festivals as Piexe em Lisboa (Portugal), Russian Gastronomical Seasons (Monaco), Chefs Days (Austria).

Beluga restaurant's menu is really rich - it includes caviar of albino sturgeon and beluga black pearls. The restaurant's special offers include “Burlak's Breakfast” with a dozen dishes and a kilogram of caviar, seasonal menu and author's tasting sets.
